On 16 October the government, together with employers and unions signed an agreement that intends for several reforms, especially as regards developing collective bargaining and making the country more modern and competitive. “This agreement is a very important step and shows that social dialogue in Lithuania is reaching higher and higher levels,” welcomed the country’s Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis.
