According to a survey conducted by “Spinter tyrimai”, one in every 11 Lithuanian workers work overtime. (Ref. 06430)
Among the working population, 8.8 per cent of respondents claim they have to work extra hours every day or almost every day. 15.1 per cent say they work overtime once or twice a week, 17.5 per cent – once or twice a month, and 11.3 per cent – less than once a month.
66 per cent of the inhabitants that participated in the survey are employees, and 10 per cent of the respondents were employers or self-employed workers.
Most frequently, overtime is done by the youngest workers (18-25 years old)...
