L’Oréal: rider to the agreement establishing the EWC

cosmetics leader, the five French trade union organizations, the European Mine, Chemical and Energy Workers’ Federation (EMCEF) and the European Federation of Managers in the Chemical and Allied Industries (FECCIA) signed, on May 28, 2009, a new rider to their agreement of June 17, 1996 establishing the European Works Council. The new agreement includes some elements of the new EWC directive, formalizes the possibility for staff representatives to give an opinion and provides for a consultation
