A law passed on October 21, 2008, which has not yet been published in the official journal of Luxembourg - the Memorial - amends the Labor Code's provisions on State participation to vocational training expenses out of concern for administrative simplification. The reform, which was preceded by a close consultation
with the professional chambers (the social partners), revolves around three
mains axes. The new provisions simplify, on the one hand, the procedures for
companies applying for co-funding and, on the other, eligibility criteria for
