The Grand-Ducal
regulation amends article L. 214-6 of the labor code on night work. This text
currently provides that, from the moment that mobile workers have to work
during the night period (10 pm-6am), daily working time may not exceed ten hours
for every 24-hour period.” The new text now stipulates that “daily working time
may exceed ten hours per 24-hour period.” This exception to the maximum daily
