On 11 October, Luxembourg labour minister Georges Mischo (Conservative) announced a bill to amend the regulations on Sunday working in retail businesses. The plan is to increase the maximum working time from the current four hours (under article 231-4 of the Labour Code) to eight hours, with a 70% pay rise for all hours worked.
