On 29 March, the Luxembourg Ministry of Social Security announced an increase in the minimum wage – taking effect from 1 April – in keeping with price rises in the Grand Duchy. In Luxembourg, the adjustment takes place automatically as soon as the inflation rate observed by Statec, the government’s statistics service, exceeds 2.5%.
