Luxembourg: provisions adopted to protect victims of moral harassment at work

On 09 March, Luxembourg’s Chamber of Deputies adopted draft legislation that introduces protection for victims of moral harassment (aka mobbing) in the workplace. This bill will mean that employers have a duty to establish reception and support procedures for victims and they will also have to take measures in the event that such acts of harassment are observed within their company. In addition, employers must raise awareness among employees and managers about “the definition of moral harassmen
