The Council of Government of April 18, 2008 adopted a draft regulation regarding the interoperability of the trans-European high speed rail system and of the conventional railway lines. This text, which implements Directive 96/48, clarifies vocational qualifications and the staff's health and safety conditions in particular. (Ref. 080328)
