The Council adopted an amendment to a bill reforming several laws relating to the Employment Policy. The Council of the government adopted on June 9 a measure aimed at promoting the employment of "old" workers affected by restructurings. A subsidy will indeed be granted to employers who hire unemployed people over 40 years old. No minimum duration of unemployment will be required. (Réf. 06593)
