Luxembourg: the House of Commons passed a law transposing the “working time” Directive
On April 5, the House of Commons carried a legislation which is transposing the “Working time” Directive in the legislation of Luxembourg. The introduction by the European Commission of an action for failure against Luxembourg speeded up the parliamentary work. The law introduces new concepts and supplements the old provisions.
