On April 3, the management of Metro, the big German retail group, and the Select Committee of its EWC (Euro Forum) signed a new agreement to adapt the structure to the recast directive and to the German transposition text, by which it is covered.
This new agreement supervises Metro’s Euro Forum, made up of 26 representatives from 16 EU countries.
Information, consultation and transnationality. The agreement contains the definitions of information and consultation, including the management’s reasoned response to the opinion expressed by the structure.
