Starting in 2015, four Mexican educational institutions will offer courses to train technicians and raise awareness of the Japanese work philosophy.
On October 9, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a partnership agreement with three Mexican States (Queretaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes) that will put a training program in place for a period of 5 years from 2015.
