The bonuses granted to leaders of large groups are irritating unions. The central union FNV is offended by the amounts of the bonuses perceived, judging them "irresponsible". Jan Bennick, CEO at Numico, a company specialized in food for infants, is going to receive a bonus which could go as high as 14 million euros. As for Gerard Leisterlee, the electronic group Philip’s CEO, he is going to get, this year, a €350,000 bonus, as a reward for the group’s excellent results.
