The Government has submitted to the Parliament a set of measures aimed at softening the effects of the recent law on unemployment (Werklosheidwet, WW) on seniors, which reduces the maximal unemployment compensation duration to 3 years and 2 months instead of 5 years. People over 50 who will lose their job won’t be required to go to court to prove they were unfairly dismissed, which was necessary to get the unemploymen
