Netherlands: bill adopted on equal opportunities in recruitment

On 5 March, the Dutch lower chamber adopted a bill on equal opportunities in employment. The bill aims to combat discrimination in the recruitment and selection of candidates. To this end, companies with 25 or more employees will now be required to detail in writing the steps they have taken to guarantee equal opportunities.
