Planning Bureau (CPB), the national agency charged with economic studies and forecasts, are criticizing short-time working (Deeltijd WW), introduced in April. On the occasion of the publication of a book called “The Great Recession,” Coen Teulings and Casper van Ewijk, the CPB’s heads, think that this system generate inertia and abuses. (Ref. 090799)
