Netherlands : more freedom for the implementation of health and safety standards

As of 1 January 2007, employers and employees will have more freedom in the development of health and safety policies in their companies, according to a bill submitted on 9 May to the Parliament. This text, which reforms the law of 1998 on working conditions (Arbeidsomstandighedenwet), provides measures going in this direction. (Réf. 06498)
