The temp work agency Manpower draws a negative balance of a six-month pilot project started last June (see our article No. 070523), aiming at presenting anonymous applicants for vacant positions. The recruitment agency wanted to be the first in the Netherlands to increase immigrant applicants' chances. But it discovered that the method did not increase immigrant applicants' chances to get a job as expected. (Ref. 080036)
