In order to improve working conditions in hospitals, two agreements have been concluded between social partners, on 19 December 2001 for general hospitals and on 16 March 2004 for teaching hospitals. A partial check was carried out by the factory inspectorate in 30 hospitals, finding “problematic” working conditions in half of the cases. Netherlands : reinforcement of factory inspectorate checking in hospitals
The factory inspectorate announced, May 15, a reinforcement of checking measures in 102 hospitals throughout the country, to check the improvement of working conditions envisaged by the agreements concluded between social partners.
