The factory inspectorate announced, May 15, a reinforcement of checking measures in 102 hospitals throughout the country, to check the improvement of working conditions envisaged by the agreements concluded between social partners. In order to improve working conditions in hospitals, two agreements have been concluded between social partners, on 19 December 2001 for general hospitals and on 16 March 2004 for teaching hospitals. A partial check was carried out by the factory inspectorate in 30 hospitals, finding “problematic” working conditions in half of the cases.
