Netherlands: Senate postpones vote on transposition of EU minimum wage directive

On 28 January, the Dutch Senate decided to postpone the vote on the bill transposing the EU directive on adequate minimum wages into domestic legislation. This decision follows the submission on 14 January of the conclusions of the Advocate General of the European Court of Justice (CJEU) on the proceedings brought by Denmark against the text adopted in 2022, who recommends that it be annulled.
