The biggest group of affiliated trade unions, the FNV, has enterred into a negociation within the Economy and Social issues' Council (SER) in order to bring about some change in the polders. It suggests to launch, in the framework of the current debates about the dismissals' relaxing, the creation of a national retraining fund, financed by the State and the employers. (Ref 06393)
