Brexit : Michel Barnier sets a course for the Brexit negotiations.

European Commission President, Jean-Claude Juncker has appointed Michel Barnier as chief Brexit negotiator. During his first press conference on the issue Mr. Barnier declared that, if as expected, the UK government triggers the UK’s exit procedure in March 2017 then the Brexit negotiations should be concluded by October 2018. The nominated head of negotiations also stated that two months would be needed from the intended two-yea
