Parliamentarians presented a bill to soften regulations on the appeal to temporary work. It notably plans to remove obstacles to the employment of temporary workers after an economic redundancy, to extend the length of a mission for the same user and to lighten the administrative formalities weighing on temporary work agencies. The draft bill reforming the law of July 9, 2003 on the employment of agency workers, developed by the Parliamentary Commission “Przyjazne panstwo”* (a friendly State) is aimed at “facilitating the appeal to temporary workforce, simplifying procedures and improving agency workers’ situation”.
