After two years of work, Poland’s government presented its new pensions financing system on 15 February 2018. According to the government’s projected plan, all complies will be required to put a Retirement Savings (Capital) Plan in place for their staff members. These plans will be co-financed by the State, the employers, and employees. Implementation will be progressive according to company total headcount and commence 01 January 2019.
