This landmark INFODORADCA+ project, which combines professions and competences, has been driven by Poland’s Labor and Social Policy Ministries with the aim of comprehensively charting current and emerging professions in order to promote employment and mobility, and to better employability so as to meet the needs of the labor market.

The Labor Ministry’s INFODORADCA+ project aims to centralize and record all professions and competences, including new emerging professions.

This database holds 1,000 professions, 548 of which are new and have hitherto never been charted. A group of experts comprising expert professionals in the field as well as scientific experts have formulated descriptions for each of the professions and competences.

The database provides the following information for each profession:
