Poland: the social partners sign a joint declaration on stress

The trade unions (union forum, NSZZ Solidarnosc, OPZZ) and employers' organizations (Lewiatan, Confederation of Polish Employers, Business Center Club, Association of Polish Craftsmen) signed, on November 19, a joint declaration on the prevention and fight against stress at work. This declaration, signed for three years, aims at raising employers and workers' awareness to the risks of stress and defines a few action tracks to combat this phenomenon. (Ref. 080930)

declaration is to define actions which can help employers, employers’ organizations,
unions and workers focus on the issue of stress at work. It also aims at increasing employers’ awareness of the importance
