In order to obtain the construction of new Volkswagen models, and thus to maintain employment, employees of the Portuguese company Autoeuropa, a subsidiary of the group, have negotiated an agreement on moderate wages. (Ref. 0662)
The employees of Autoeuropa – the Portuguese company of the Volkswagen group which produces some of the make’s models and alone accounts for 1% of the country’s GDP- voted in favor of an agreement concluded by the workers’ committee and the management.
