r 14 introduces better protection for workers if their ailing business can temporarily not pay their wages, by suspending their labor contract to receive unemployment benefits. (Ref. 090855)



The measure is aimed at deterring employers from abusively postponing wages in ailing businesses. It also punctually helps workers deprived of remuneration.
