Further to the vote of the European Parliament in favour to the legislation relating to road transport activities (ref.0693) and its adoption by the Council, 2nd February (06108), both of the texts are published in Official Journal of the European Union from 11 April 2006. (Réf. 06352)

Further their adoption by the Council, 2nd February, both of texts which are overhaul of community legislation relating to road transport activities and to control of time of driving are published in Official Journal of the European Union from 11 April 2006:
