Modernizing the qualifications system. Out of 805 professional standards listed by unions, employers and the biggest professional associations, the Labor Ministry’s council of experts validated 286 last year. The others are being prepared. Nearly RUB 140 million (€2.9m) from the federal budget are allocated to developing these standards this year.
