The members of the special group of negotiation represented the European employees of the group working in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy and Spain (Canary Islands). They were assisted by a representative of the European union confederation of the food processing industry (EFFAT). The agreement, underlines SABMiller, contains provisions that enlarge the perimeter of the WC in case of acquisitions of companies in Europe. For Richard Davies, European human resources manager
