The management of the pharmaceutical group Sanofi-Aventis accepted the request made by its European works council to open talks on a social negotiations' program at the European level. A work group has to meet in mid-April to elaborate a method agreement in this direction. (Ref. 070203)
At the request of Sanofi-Aventis’ EWC, the management of the pharmaceutical group accepted the idea of working on a collective negotiations’ program at the group’s level. A meeting is planned on April 19 to prepare a method agreement which should make it possible to identify which could be the legitimate structure – in terms of composition and signatures – that would conclude this type of agreement.
