The 9 supplier companies insist that these incentives were a part of the investment contract signed with the state. According to the ministry, the reason for denying the incentives is that these companies want to invest in an industrial zone in which – in accordance with the rules for providing investment incentives – it is not possible to grand any state subsidies.
