Assembly of the Slovakian Republic adopted an amendment to the Labor Code following the European Commission’s demands regarding the failure to transpose provisions on part-time work, fixed-term work and temporary work. The law may be enforced since the President of the Republic didn’t veto it. The amendments mostly affect Labor Code provisions guaranteeing equal treatment for workers.
