Slovenia: rules protecting employees from high temperatures extended to outdoor work

On 11 July, the Slovenian government published a regulation extending employers’ health and safety obligations during heat waves to all workers. Until now, these obligations only applied to employees working indoors. The new provisions therefore define rules applicable to “work in open-air workplaces”.
