Spain: a law on subcontracting in the construction industry is adopted
The Parliament adopted, Tuesday 9 May , a law aimed at restricting subcontracting in the construction industry. The text will limit to three the maximum number of intermediaries. It will also oblige building companies to employ part of their employees under a permanent employment contract. This measure should notably contribute to improve the industrial accident rate, one of the highest of Europe. (Réf. 06466)
