Spain : an agreement to reform vocational training

Twenty years after the national Plan for training and professional integration (1985), the third national application agreement has expired. Within the framework of this renegotiation, social partners and the government followed the hot lines enacted by the European strategy for employment and have launched a reform of the vocational training system. This reform is due to fix the Spanish delay in terms of vocational training. It should modernize the system and adapt it to the job market’s needs
