ic crisis, Spain is suffering a dramatic and sharp increase in unemployment. This has led the Government to urgently approve a series of social measures (see our dispatch No. 090239). The measures are financial incentives encouraging employers to appeal to the reduction or suspension of activity rather than to redundancies; to recruit jobseekers or even to recruit with part-time permanent contracts.
