The anti-relocation measure is part of the Industry and Strategic Autonomy Bill ratified by the Council of Ministers on 10 December. Spain: companies that relocate will have to repay public aid
On 10 December, the Spanish government announced a bill aimed at curbing industrial relocations. Companies wishing to relocate their activities outside Spain after receiving more than €3 million in public subsidies over the previous five years will be required to repay them in full.
