The trade union federation CCOO criticizes the agreement concluded between the government and the main representatives of self-employed persons on the new status of the autonomous worker (see our article n°06952). According to the CCOO, including economically dependent workers in this status implies accepting this form of independent work, which should be concerned by the labor code. (Ref. 06977)
