Spanish companies are not very flexible and tend to lengthen the working day of their employees, without increasing their profitability. This is one of the conclusions of the White Paper for a rationalization of working hours in Spain, presented by the economist Nuria Chinchilla, director of the International Center for Work and Family of the business school IESE, in Barcelona.
