The inter-center works council and the management of Michelin Spain signed an "exceptional framework agreement 2009" to cope with the bad economic prospects and adapt production to market needs while avoiding appeal to dismissals. (Ref. 080987)
Measures. The basic principles of this agreement are: a) its exceptional character and b) its deadline at the end of 2009. It will only affect trades directly affected by the sales drop caused by the crisis in the automotive industry.
