After 10 months of negotiations, the Spanish chemical industry employers’ federation (Feique) and the CCOO trade union signed a preliminary deal for the 21st general agreement for the chemical industry on 17 October. The agreement, which will apply for three years (2024-2026), covers the chemical sector as well as the pharmaceutical, rubber and plastics industries, representing a total of more than 300,000 employees.
