The government plans on adopting, in the coming weeks, a decree on the validation of professional knowledge for people who don't have official qualifications. Workers over 21, without a degree but with at least three years of professional experience will be able to get a vocational training degree, only if they pass the practical exam proving their skills. certification of professional experience, which could benefit over 12 million
people. According to the OECD’s figures, 58% of the country’s population has no
accreditation of their professional qualifications, which limits their mobility
and their opportunities for promotion within the company. To fight against
this, the Social Partners and the administration tried to find a way to create
bridges to make up for the lack of initial training and allow work
