The agreement sets the following objectives: 1) to promote the respect and effective application of the principle of equality guaranteeing the recruitment and career opportunities to male and female employees; 2) to achieve a balanced workforce between men and women in the company; 3) to improve for female employees the possibilities of access to posts of responsibility so as to reduce social and cultural barriers; 4) to prevent professional discrimination for reasons of gender through the introduction of an intervention protocol when necessary; 5) to consolidate commitment in CSR in order to improve the quality of life of employees and their families by favouring reconciliation between personal and professional life.
