er, Seat (Volkswagen group) and the UGT union, which represents a majority of workers in the company, signed an agreement in principle on the new collective agreement 2011-2015. For the first time, this agreement provides for the introduction of variable pay liked with the real price index and the company’s results. This precedent is even more important since Seat is one of the industry’s heavyweights in Catalonia and an unavoidable reference in terms of social bargaining. (Ref. 120001)
