Spain: social partners from the chemical sector signed a pre-agreement on the content of the new branch collective agreement

Spanish union organizations from the chemistry sector (Fiteqa-CCOO and FIA-UGT) and the employers federation (FEIQUE) signed, on May 30, a pre-agreement which includes the main measures of the new collective agreement of the chemical industry. This text, submitted to the vote of the sector's staff, flexibilizes working time and gives a frame to the negotiation of equality plans planned by the law. (Ref. 070506)

With this pre-agreement, parties recognize that they agreed upon the core and plan that the points which remained unresolved should not cause any problems.
