These eight recommendations, of a declarative
value, were developed within the equal committee on best practices in terms of
equality programs in the temporary sector. They have to characterize the bargaining
process and implement equality programs in TEAs, by setting basic criteria such
as the ban on gender discrimination, access to employment, promotion, the right
to work-life balance, and the need to negotiate preventive protocols against
sexual harassment. The Workers’ Commissions union thinks that the main step
forward is the fact that equality programs developed in businesses will have to
include all workers, including placed workers (PAD). Besides, TEAs should help
improve the employability and stability of women, by improving their training
level and helping them adjust to labor market needs, and ensuring that
conciliation, maternity or paternity aren’t obstacles to promotion or recruitment.

support women suffering from macho violence to facilitate their integration
