Spain transposed the agreement, concluded in 2004, by the European Transport Workers’ Federation (ETF) and the Community of European Railways (CER) on “certain aspects of the working conditions of mobile workers engaged in interoperable cross-border services” through the royal decree 1579/2008, in force since October 5.
The decree makes a comprehensive transposition of the Directive with a few changes:
